Last night, Steve, SMS, SDS and I were at dinner last night and somehow the topic of insurance came up.
We mentioned that ours was pretty good.
“Yeah, my crazy pills were only $10 and my not-having-babies was $30 a
month… so awesome!”
And she looks to me, “Oh, I thought you were stopping those.”
“Excuse me?”
“I thought you were going to stop taking those.”
“Who told you that?”
“I thought you did.”, she remarking, looking very disappointed.
Meanwhile, the voice in the back of my head is laughing hysterically, “Right, because I’d totally tell YOU that.”
But I said, “Uh. No.”
please, stop bouncing 
yep. the ‘*blink*…*blink*…*blink*…’ is the best response to questions like that. “Uh, no…” is a good close second.
Sometimes I wonder how broken her think-before-you-say button is.
That’s pretty good, it seems to be tough to find insurance that will cover the not-making-baby pills.
“But I had a dream where you said you were going to stop taking them …”
I’m sure the insurance would rather cover the pills than prenatal/birth/dependent-to-18
you can say ‘ i may have stopped taking them, but i’m stockpiling them, and continue buying them just in case…’. that’ll add some more confusion. if you’re feeling evil….

maybe that was just her polite way of asking when you guys are going to try for kiddos..Still I love the “blink, blink blink” that Gnu likes to use. it works better than any words.
