Criteria, Missed

3 06 2009

Okay, so here’s the quick laundry-list version of criteria for shoes (and really, this will be the last post about this unless something else fabulous happens)
– Not too high of a heel
– Not plastic

– Classic (gladiators and bedazzled flip-flops=no)
– Seemingly durable
– Relatively inexpensive. My priciest pair of shoes are my running sneakers and those topped out at $75.

So naturally, I had to buy these:

Whew, yeah, my final justification was “I kind of am in love with them”… shucks, looks like it’s time for a pedicure.

They had them in pink and blue: http://www.shoes.com/Shopping/ProductDetails.aspx?p=EC1000814 Plus I used code “sale” and go an extra 20% off and free shipping.

So cute. That trumps all criteria. Now, of course, this doesn’t dispell the need for something “classic” and “practical.”
